The number of Vietnam’s middle – class has significantly increased and become a major force of society. Realization and right understanding about this class will be the foundation which improves the importance of education, especially in the building of a sustainable and stable country. The article focuses on clarifying the concepts of middle classes in the world as well as in Vietnam. This will help to point out general characteristics as well as suggest recommendation for Vietnam’s current society.

Family is society’s healthy cell and one of factors which motivates the growth of whole society. During the renewal, the socialist - oriented market economy has impacted on well – implementing functionalities of Vietnamese families. Also, this will facilitate to confirm the role of this important mechanism. There are, however, both negative and positive aspects of market economy which affect its functionalities. This also raised many complicated issues required the attention and solution.

Minor, who is at the age range from 10 to 19, has a faster growth of physicality and cognitivation, psychology and ability to access both good and bad information while the legal education is underestimated at home and school. This, somehow, has increased the percentage of minor crimes. On the survey result of 300 students and 300 parents in Đông Triều district and Ha Long city (Quang Ninh Province), the article has pointed out the reality of legal education for minor at Quang Ninh province as well as in Vietnam.
