The author not only declared the existence of Vietnam’s democratic culture but also step by step reviewed and clarified contents such as: democratic culture; democratic commune and village; democratic or not. Thereby, the author pointed out democratic commune and village in Vietnam initially formed the awareness of modern society on relative justice and equality between social members. Meanwhile, undemocratic and anti-democratic heritage of democratic village as well as Vietnamese society significantly influenced the modern society.
