This policy demonstrates the Party’s consistency and flexible implementation of the economic model in the new context; the realization of the economic factor in relation to “the national independence, autonomy and international integration”. At the same time, the paper indicates the requirements and solution-orientations for this task.

Sustainable development is highlighted in the documents of the 13th National Party Congress of Vietnam as a significant orientation in the national development strategy. The paper presents some perspectives on sustainable development, analyzing the policy framework related to sustainable development in Vietnam, and assessing the situation of sustainable development in Vietnam in terms of economic, social and environmental aspects, especially challenges posed by climate changes in the coming time. Some recommendations for Vietnam’s sustainable development policy are also proposed.

Intergenerational Occupational Mobility in Mekong Delta (05/07/2021)
