A Literature Review on the Livelihoods of the Thai Ethnic Group Resettled by Hydroelectric Projects in Vietnam (12/08/2023)
Hydroelectric projects have greatly contributed to providing energy for the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country and socio-economic development in Vietnam. However, there are inadequacies in the process of migration and resettlement that affect sustainable development. Livelihood instability has created several social consequences, such as spontaneous migration, destruction of environmental resources and especially poverty. These inadequacies are identified through published studies on the livelihoods of the Thai people resettled by the construction of hydroelectric power plants.

Dung Quat Oil Refinery Contributes to the Economic Development of Quang Ngai Province (12/08/2023)
Dung Quat Oil Refinery is a national key project that plays a crucial role in ensuring energy security, helps accelerating the process of industrialization and modernization of Quang Ngai province in particular, the Central region and Vietnam in general. Using statistical data for the period 2000-2021, the article analyzes, evaluates and clarifies the role of Dung Quat Oil Refinery in the economic development process of Quang Ngai province. Research results show that it makes a great contribution to the economic development of Quang Ngai province as an important driving force in the local industrial growth. On that basis, some policy implications are proposed to improve its efficiency.

India - China Strategic Competition in South Asia: Situation and Prospects (12/08/2023)
Located in a key geo political and geo strategic place, South Asia is witnessing fierce strategic competition between the two Asian powers, China and India. India's strategic objective in South Asia is to consolidate its position as a major power in the region, using it as a springboard to expand its influence outward, towards becoming the center of world power. For China, South Asia has a direct impact on its stability, security and development. Therefore, China's strategic goal in South Asia is to expand strategic space, compete for influence, and establish a perimeter to encircle and contain India. The article presents the following issues: (1) The basis of strategic competition between India and China in South Asia; (2) Situation of strategic competition between the two countries; and (3) Some predictive remarks for the strategic competition of the two countries in South Asia in the coming time.

On a Set of Indicators of Protection of Vulnerable Social Groups (12/08/2023)
Vulnerable social groups refer to groups of people whose political, economic or social status is lower than the majority, putting them at greater risk of being neglected or having their rights and interests violated. Based on statistical data of ministries and sectors, the paper presents the results of reviewing the current sets of statistical indicators related to children, the elderly, women, ethnic minorities, the poor and people with disabilities to assess the set of indicators of protection of vulnerable social groups. This is one of the basic steps to research and build the set of indicators of protection of vulnerable social groups.

Some Features of Literature of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Ancient Chinese Literature (12/08/2023)
The Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties inherited and promoted Chinese literature of previous dynasties, developed many types of novels that emerged many classic works. Literary composition of the Ming dynasty was heavily influenced by economic forms. Prominent works of literature of the Ming Dynasty include Sanguo Yanyi (the Romance of the Three Kingdoms), Xi You Ji (Journey to the West), and Jinpingmei. By the Qing Dynasty, writers and merchants had a connection that made commercial culture comprehensively affect the development of literature, including typical works such as Liaozhai Zhiyi (Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio), Honglou Meng (The Dream of Red Mansions). The literature of the two dynasties of the Ming and Qing dynasties has much in common in terms of genre of novels, groups of writers and merchants, and is the basis of practice and theoretical of narratives of Chinese novels later on.

Terminology Dictionary: Concepts, Fearures and Classifications (12/08/2023)
While the compilation of terminology dictionaries, especially the comparative terminology ones, is extremely rich, the theoretical and methodological issues of this type of glossary need to be further studied because this type of dictionary has not really been clearly delineated in Vietnam. The article clarifies and further develops the concept of terminology dictionary; points out the basic characteristics and proposes the classification of the existing glossary of terms in Vietnam, thereby clarifying the basic characteristics of the terminology dictionary in different aspects.
