Reaffirming the importance of renovation of theoretical thinking in all aspects of the social life, this article argues an enriches the theoretical thinking transformation process in economic development of the Communist Party of Vietnam from the 6th to 12th National Congress. Thence, it also confirms that the theoretical thinking renovation progress in economic development of the Communist Party of Vietnam is absolutely appropriate, scientific, and effective.

The issue of human nature has been raising along with history of philosophy, attaining the progressive values as dignifying the moral factor, social character and virtue in building the human nature. Human nature is well and concentratedly expressed in the personality of specific individual. During his leadership and directorship in Vietnam revolution, Ho Chi Minh spent a special attention at building human personality based on the selective acquirement from heritage of the mankind ideas, notably the idea of Marxist-Leninist on human nature. He pointed out the key criterion aiming at building and perfecting the personality of the revolutionary cadre to meet the requirement and the task assigned by the Revolution. His ideology is always the very valueful recommendation in building, improving the high quality human resources of the Communist Party and the State of Vietnam the present period.

The ethnic group of Thai in Vietnam consists of 2 branches: Black Thai (Tay Dam) and White Thai (Tay Don or Tay Khao), but in the West of Thanh Hoa - Nghe An, they are named after the local sub-group as Tay Thanh, Tay Deng, Tay Muong… As for the Thai groups, each childbirth is not only the expression of the couple’s happiness, the great event of each family, but also the cheerfulness of the whole relatives.
