Studying and applying the ideas of prominent national leaders are of paramount importance, transcending individual leadership traits to remain intrinsically linked to the historical trajectory of each party and country. Based on a literature review and historical-logical reasoning, this article summarizes the thoughts of representative Chinese leaders throughout various stages of national construction and development. Furthermore, it elucidates the specific mechanisms and practical approaches employed within the Chinese context to integrate these into national governance, administration, and development strategies. From this, valuable suggestions for Vietnam in the process of achieving the goal of socialist modernization are proposed.
